About the team: The team manages third-party contracting, sourcing, and invoicing to enhance operational efficiency. They coordinate project plans, timelines, and deliverables while collaborating with stakeholders to implement initiatives aligned with business goals. Emphasizing accountability and adaptability, the team ensures accurate data management and effective communication across functions. By continuously improving operational processes and resource allocation, they contribute to cost reduction and improved service delivery. This group plays a key role in executing strategies that support organizational objectives and uphold high standards in project and operations management.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple operational projects with strong organizational and project planning skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Expertise in collaborating cross-functionally to drive process improvements and implement innovative operational strategies.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey project status, timelines, and resource needs to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated accountability in delivering results while managing resources and mitigating risks.
• Adaptability to evolving business needs and commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.

• The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
