About The Position

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring reliable delivery of client work by managing team capacity, staffing decisions, and performance outcomes. This role is the sole people manager for Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Lead Analysts and serves as the operational owner translating project demand into execution.
This opportunity is open to internal candidates, including those who may not have held prior people-management roles at TAG but demonstrate strong leadership capability from previous experience.

Responsibilities

• Own staffing assignments, workload prioritization, and resource reallocation.
• Manage performance expectations, feedback, reviews, and development.
• Forecast capacity needs and address delivery risk proactively.
• Act as the primary Operations contact for analyst performance and readiness.
• Ensure onboarding, training coverage, and role readiness across the team.
