Manager, Operations FT, Days (7am-3:30pm)
About The Position
Assist Director in managing administrative and projects task for the department including policies development, guidelines procedures, counseling of staff, and department budgets. Assists in ensuring that documentation is kept in a manner as to satisfy all regulatory/governing entity requirements. Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma, preferably AA degree in Facilities Management or related trade.
- Familiarity with the trade work of the areas or responsibility.
- Five years experience in Facilities Management preferred; preferably in hospital setting.
- Computer competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), building automation system and preventive maintenance system preferred.
