About The Position
The opportunity to be responsible for all aspects of serving and advocating for the customer in achieving their requirements through leadership and managing all functions within Wax, Shell, Rough & Final Finish, Foundry, Shipping, and Maintenance. To deliver the business plan objectives in a safe, cost effective and continuously improving manner. This position is a member of and will work directly with the division management team and is expected to be a dynamic leader contributing to all areas of plant management. Provide direction and leadership to the department supervisors to make them successful in meeting department budgets and safety goals.
Requirements
- Puts safety first every day, takes responsibility to make and keep commitments, is personally invested to deliver MORE to all customers, and celebrates the success of the team
- Bachelor of Science degree in metallurgy, materials sciences, engineering or related discipline is preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of production experience in a leadership position with a strong understanding of foundry and metals manufacturing processes such as: investment casting wax and shelling, induction melting, pouring, finishing, and high alloy ferrous, nickel, and cobalt based alloy background strongly desired
