We are now entering a critical phase of stabilization, optimization, and value realization across our customer communications ecosystem. As the Operations Manager of MarTech, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing the technology platforms that power Carter’s customer communications across email and related channels. You will serve as the connective tissue between Customer Communications, IT, Data, and external MarTech vendors, ensuring that platforms are stable, well‑governed, and evolving in ways that unlock business value and improve customer experience. This role reports into the Director, Customer Communications, has 2 direct reports, and is based in our Buckhead office on site 4 days/week.
