The Operations Manager is a management position responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the clinic, including front office, lab, and clinical teams. This role involves providing leadership, staff oversight, training and development, and management of key functions and processes to ensure the provision of high-quality patient care. The manager supports and adheres to Tennessee Oncology's mission, vision, and values, and assures compliance for all governing agents in collaboration with Assistant Managers/Team Leads, including but not limited to: OSHA, QOPI, PQRS, MIPS/MACRA, etc.
