Role summary: The Manager, Strategy & Operations will lead business strategy, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of the Spark Driver experience. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, owning the development of a multi-year roadmap to improve driver satisfaction, retention, and activation. You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Tech, and Operations to identify high-impact opportunities, build scalable solutions, and ensure seamless execution across the driver lifecycle. This role is critical to enabling sustainable growth, improving end-to-end processes, and establishing the frameworks, governance, and insights needed to deliver a best-in-class driver experience. About the team: The Driver Experience team focuses on enhancing the engagement of gig contractors through the Spark Driver App. The team works collaboratively across functions to develop innovative solutions, lead strategic initiatives, and manage projects aligned with business objectives. By leveraging strong operational and analytical skills, the team drives improvements that strengthen the overall value proposition and support Walmart’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
