About The Position

The Manager of Operations Training is responsible for executing, facilitating, and continuously improving training programs across all Fuku locations and venue types. In this role, you will partner closely with function owners, including Operations, People & Culture, Marketing, Supply Chain, and onsite restaurant leadership, who are responsible for defining training content, standards, and priorities. You will translate that input into structured training programs, maintain materials within our learning tools, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across the organization. This role has direct ownership of training execution for corporate-owned restaurants and non-traditional venues, including New Restaurant Opening (NRO) programs, continuous operations education and training, and operations-facing onboarding in partnership with Operations and People & Culture. You will also manage and maintain training content within our Learning Management System (Opus) and other tools, ensuring programs are organized, accessible, and scalable as Fuku grows. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role works cross-functionally across all leadership functions and sits at the intersection of Operations and People & Culture to ensure training supports both operational excellence and team development. Work Location: We are prioritizing candidates based in South Florida or the surrounding areas. This is a remote role that requires frequent travel (60–70%) to Fuku locations across South Florida and other markets to support training, new restaurant openings, and on-site execution.

  • Excellent project management, organization, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, travel frequently, and adapt within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable working within a content framework defined by function owners, translating their input into high-quality, accessible training materials.

  • ServSafe certification preferred; experience facilitating food safety or operations certification programs is a plus.
