The Manager, Operations Quality 2 is responsible for managing and providing direct and indirect supervision to skilled and intermediate-level professional employees performing diverse roles in more than one function or unit. This role involves providing direction, coordination, education, and tools needed to achieve and maintain the site Quality Management System and enable the achievement of quality objectives. The position requires supporting the generation of performance metrics for products and processes, leading Quality Improvement Programs, mentoring personnel in Quality management practices, resolving customer issues, and providing leadership in various quality-related areas.
