Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, engineering, consulting, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience translating complex topics for executive audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in an environment that requires adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Craft clear, compelling presentations and reports for executive forums, distilling complex information into actionable insights.
• Work closely with peers and leaders to accomplish shared goals, driving projects forward in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Influence stakeholders across the organization to foster alignment and accountability, even when you do not have direct authority.
• Take ownership of new or ambiguous initiatives, independently driving progress while managing competing priorities.
• Effectively share updates, risk assessments, and strategy across the Last Mile team, ensuring clarity and transparency.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive approach in a fast-changing environment, adapting to new challenges and opportunities as they arise.
• Support the planning and development of materials for major team events (such as Offsites, Year Beginning Meetings, Holiday events, and Shareholders Meetings).
