The successful candidate will join the Finance Enterprise Reporting & Analytics team as the Manager of Operations Finance – Corporate Services, leading a team of analysts with a focus on Financial Reporting for the Corporate Services functional areas. This role will be the key Finance leader for the People (HR), General Counsel and Ethics, Risk, & Compliance (Legal), and Finance organizations and will oversee budget planning, forecasting, and reporting support for these functional areas. The Manager of Operations Finance – Corporate Services will present to Officers and Directors regularly and will have a unique view and understanding of PG&E’s financial performance and strategic decisions that few below the Officer level are privy to. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and the Oakland General Office at least once a week (every Tuesday) and/or based on business needs. PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the. The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
