About The Position

In this pivotal role, you will supervise and coordinate resources and activities of an implementation team to ensure seamless project execution. Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in project management, accounting, or related fields.
- 5 years of supervisory experience as a project manager in lieu of a degree.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recommend solutions to clients.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data management systems and reporting tools.
- Experience training and coaching teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project implementation plans with sales staff, account teams, and customers.
- Monitor progress on multiple implementation projects and ensure effective transitions.
- Provide recommendations to corporate-level staff for escalated service and billing issues.
- Develop training for internal and external clients regarding implementation processes.
- Deliver progress reports to the Implementation Management Team.
- Collaborate with other project managers to improve conversion and implementation processes.
- Assign and monitor workloads for sustainability and smooth client transitions.
- Establish effective schedules to minimize client impact.
- Review daily activities to meet implementation commitments efficiently.
- Detect and correct data entry errors through system report analysis.
- Train and mentor direct reports on procedures and systems.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Implementation Manager.
