Responsibilities

  • Development of systems and tools to foster scalable and repeatable growth that enable the OpX team to manage and deploy initiatives, processes, and programs in partnership with the operations team.
  • Support the design and maintenance of easy-to-follow SOPs, guides, and toolkits that make school operations seamless.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and use proven best practices tailored for school environments.
  • Evaluate and manage implementation of technology solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Promote change-management efforts to drive adoption of new processes, technologies, or program initiatives.
  • Liaison with other functions for data and analytics as required.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to design onboarding materials, training modules, and operator toolkits that elevate school-based team performance.
  • Support the opening and closing process development, management, and continuous improvement.
  • Build dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs that measure operational performance across schools in support of initiatives.
  • Partner with Chartwells K12 division, region and functional leaders to standardize and scale best practices in support of school-based operations.
  • Engage with OpX leaders on strategic priorities with a focus on technical detail to grow at scale, reduce costs, increase revenue driving financial success.
  • Provide on-site support to operators during the implementation of new processes.
  • Enable every day (ex. new process) and new (ex. Technology enablement) innovation process, measurement, and reporting.
