About The Position

The Manager of Operations-Business Integrity-Process Improvement (MOBIPI) is responsible for leading and overseeing the operations, business integrity reviews, and process improvement initiatives within the organization. This role involves managing various operational aspects such as physician and APP payer credentialing, billing location setup, and office equipment maintenance. The MOBIPI will also conduct internal audits, onboard new team members, and assess workflows to identify efficiency opportunities. Collaboration with the Billing Operations Team is essential to design and implement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and optimize the revenue cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional billing office and/or revenue cycle management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory and/or management experience.
• Experience with process improvement and payer credentialing preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Cert. Professional Coder certification preferred.
• Experience with employee relations and interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of general operations and business integrity reviews.
• Manage physician and APP payer credentialing processes.
• Set up billing locations and distribute billing manuals.
