Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular, Full-time Manager, Operational Excellence to join our dynamic Quality and Regulatory Affairs team. Reporting to the Associate Director, Quality Management System Services, the Manager, Operational Excellence is responsible for supporting the Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams, as well as members of other divisions at CBS, by empowering them to improve their processes and by building capabilities within our people and systems to surface and solve problems. In this role, you will work closely with Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams, and Operational Excellence & Data Analytics group to implement continuous improvement principles in alignment with the CBS Operational Excellence program. You will also facilitate and lead process improvement and problem-solving initiatives; develop, present, and actively promote continuous improvement activities; lead efforts to improve efficiency and achieve strategic objectives, and provide reporting on continuous improvement activities and progress.
