About The Position

The Manager of Oncology Services at Advocate Condell Medical Center is responsible for leading the planning, development, implementation, and sustainment of business and strategic plans for oncology services. This includes achieving the highest level of accreditation for relevant programs, developing business plans for growth, and maintaining collaborative relationships with various stakeholders. The role also involves operational excellence, financial leadership, and enhancing the patient experience within oncology services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a healthcare discipline.
• 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Understanding of process improvement and patient satisfaction methods.
• Certified RTT or RTRT.
• IEMA licensure in the state of Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, implementation, and sustainment of business and strategic plans for oncology services.
• Partner with business development and physician leadership to identify growth potentials.
• Develop and implement the Oncology Navigation program and Comprehensive Breast Center.
• Conduct site visits and solicit feedback to improve services.
• Monitor business volume and achieve year-over-year growth targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and develop policies/procedures.
• Oversee financial management, including budgets and departmental productivity.
• Manage recruitment, selection, and development of staff.
• Collaborate with physicians to enhance clinical programs and resolve complaints.
