About The Position

Provides strategic and operational leadership for the development of the oncology service line at Piedmont Cartersville. Responsibilities JOB PURPOSE: Provides strategic and operational leadership for the development of the oncology service line so that a full continuum of services is created and structured in response to customer needs (patient, payer and physician). Planning, implementing, directing, monitoring and promoting all current and new cancer programs and services.

Requirements

• Graduate from a Nursing program OR graduate from an ARRT accredited radiation therapy program.
• Five (5) years' experience in Oncology with three (3) years supervisory/management experience.
• ARRT (R) OR RN License

Nice To Haves

• National Certification (ONS- Oncology Nursing Society) preferred
