About The Position

The Paramount+ Partnership Marketing team is seeking a Manager to help support the On-Platform Partnerships team for the Paramount+ with Showtime service. This team leads all aspects of marketing strategy, execution, and operations for P+'s partnerships. This role requires someone who has excellent people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively project manage and evaluate on-platform partnerships for Paramount+. The job will report to the Senior Manager of On-Platform Partnerships, working closely with many internal partners from Paramount Global like Product, Distribution, Creative, and Legal, as well as directly with partners to grow and engage the Paramount+ with Showtime audience. The ideal Manager is an innovative problem solver, has the ability to go beyond traditional processes, and feels comfortable working with internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience required in Integrated Marketing, Ad Sales, E-Commerce, Strategy, or Business Development
  • Understanding and experience with recap presentations, quarterly business review decks, and partner management communications
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Hands-on and comfortable with end-to-end execution; able to recognize problems, and find solutions
  • Familiarity with Airtable, JIRA, and/or any other similar project management software

Responsibilities

  • Lead external partner communications on a daily basis, serving as the POC for marketing campaigns
  • Manage and support weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting needs with partners
  • Streamline agendas, presentations, and recaps across internal senior leadership teams and partners from outside organizations
  • Support the Senior Manager on marketing campaigns and promotions for Paramount+ partners
  • Lead all asset management from ticket development to creative review, working closely with Creative and Project Management teams
  • Facilitate asset gathering (style guides, digital assets, reference material, etc.) from partners and ensure organized delivery to partner teams in a timely manner
  • Support the Partnership Marketing team with event post-mortems and recap presentations
  • Route, socialize, and gain alignment cross-team on all marketing collateral for On-Device Partnership initiatives
