Supreme Sports Club is looking for friendly, customer service-oriented and highly motivated individuals to join our team! The Manager on Duty will coordinate customer service and operations. This position will be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming and safe environment at all times for our members and guests. Management experience preferred; customer service experience required. This position is under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, the MOD helps to oversee the day-to-day operations of the health club to ensure that club members, guests and member prospects receive a quality, personalized club experience. This position requires the ability to work a variety of hours including evenings and weekends. Some of the Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Communicate orally and in writing to the general public; Lead, direct and coach team members through daily operations; Proficient in handling all aspects of current Member Management system including (but not limited to) Point of Sale, registration, refunds and drawer reconciliation; Orchestrate emergency procedures and crisis management; Comply with and enforce CA rules, policies, procedures and standards to members and staff as they pertain to operations, safety and service; Have current CPR/BBP/AED certification; Complete Manager on Duty training; Attend required staff meetings; Attend provided customer service training. The pay rate for this position is $17.50/per hour. CA offers a positive, fun work environment and a generous benefits package.
