Supreme Sports Club is looking for friendly, customer service-oriented and highly motivated individuals to join our team! The Manager on Duty will coordinate customer service and operations. This position will be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming and safe environment at all times for our members and guests. Management experience preferred; customer service experience required. This position is under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, the MOD helps to oversee the day-to-day operations of the health club to ensure that club members, guests and member prospects receive a quality, personalized club experience. This position requires the ability to work a variety of hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Communicate orally and in writing to the general public
- Lead, direct and coach team members through daily operations
- Proficient in handling all aspects of current Member Management system including (but not limited to) Point of Sale, registration, refunds and drawer reconciliation
- Orchestrate emergency procedures and crisis management
- Comply with and enforce CA rules, policies, procedures and standards to members and staff as they pertain to operations, safety and service
- Have current CPR/BBP/AED certification
- Complete Manager on Duty training
- Attend required staff meetings
- Attend provided customer service training
