About The Position

Requirements

  • 18+ years of age
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • Must be flexible with schedule
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A self-starter who is detail oriented, able to multitask and work well in a team setting
  • Positive and professional in appearance and attitude
  • A willingness and desire to live out the mission of the Y
  • Experience in cash handling and reconciling shift transactions

Nice To Haves

  • Previous management experience

Responsibilities

  • Supporting overall branch operations
  • Successfully leading the membership team in execution of their membership support goals
  • Provide customer service support to members, program participants, and guests
  • Assisting members and participants with their needs, including program and membership registration, troubleshooting issues, and supporting members' wellness goals
  • Building strong relationships with members
