Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MPH, MHA, MBA) preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, strategy, or related fields.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in healthcare transformation, innovation, or system redesign.
  • High degree of discretion and comfort working in close proximity to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track a portfolio of clinical and data science initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational priorities, timelines, and milestones.
  • Maintain dashboards, documentation, and reporting to provide leadership with clear visibility into project status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support initiative leads in preparing materials for executive reviews, leadership meetings, and decision points.
  • Conduct follow-ups on action items and ensure clarity on priorities, ownership, and next steps.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across Clinical, Data Science, and cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a steward of mission-critical initiatives, helping ensure progress across complex, multi-stakeholder efforts.
  • Translate complex clinical and data science work into clear, executive-ready narratives.
  • Synthesize insights across initiatives to support prioritization and decision-making.
  • Support the development of KPIs and success metrics for transformation initiatives.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials, including agendas, briefing documents, presentations, and background analyses.
  • Draft, edit, and refine executive communications such as memos, reports, correspondence, and stakeholder updates.
  • Synthesize complex clinical, operational, and data-driven information into clear narratives to support executive decision-making.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between the CMO and internal and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Support tracking of strategic leads, opportunities, partnerships, and due diligence activities.
  • Assist in preparing materials for partnerships, grants, and collaborative initiatives.
  • Support compliance activities, audits, and required documentation.
  • Assist with the development and improvement of departmental policies, processes, and operational workflows.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and alignment as initiatives scale.
  • Manage the CMO’s calendar with strategic intent, ensuring time is aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and manage expense reporting.
  • Anticipate leadership needs and proactively resolve issues to maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
