As Manager, Off-Premise, you will own the execution, growth, and continuous improvement of our “to-go” business, with a focus on third-party marketplace performance and the physical handoff experience. Reporting to the Director of Off-Premise & Digital Retail, you will act as the bridge between digital ordering and restaurant operations, ensuring every order is accurate, timely, and profitable. You’ll take a hands-on, data-driven approach to optimizing performance across platforms, improving the guest experience, and driving measurable business impact.
