The Workplace Operations team works cross-functionally to keep all Robinhood offices running smoothly on the day-to-day. No job is too big, or too small for us! We're seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and people-first leader to serve as our East Coast Manager of Workplace Operations. In this role, you'll drive the strategy, execution, and experience of multiple office locations across the East Coast—ensuring each space reflects and energizes our culture while remaining safe, efficient, and inspiring. As a senior member of the Workplace Operations team, you'll play a key role in creating and maintaining environments where employees can thrive. You'll manage a regional team, lead cross-functional projects, and scale operational excellence that supports our rapidly growing organization. This position requires a full-time, in-office presence at our NYC location, five days a week, in alignment with Robinhood's work model. Quarterly travel will be necessary to other managed offices, including those in Toronto, Washington D.C., Orlando, Tampa, Gainesville, FL, and potentially others.
