The Manager of Human Resources for Workday HRIS will coordinate the expansion, development, and advancement of existing business systems (Workday ERP) in tandem with the Information Technology Department and other stakeholders. The Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Health System's HR software system, ensuring accurate data management related to employee information like recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and performance management, by implementing, updating, and troubleshooting the system to support efficient HR processes across the organization. THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION.
