About The Position

The Manager of Human Resources for Workday HRIS will coordinate the expansion, development, and advancement of existing business systems (Workday ERP) in tandem with the Information Technology Department and other stakeholders. The Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Health System's HR software system, ensuring accurate data management related to employee information like recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and performance management, by implementing, updating, and troubleshooting the system to support efficient HR processes across the organization. THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field like human resource management, business administration, or information technology.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Workday Certification in HCM.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS (e.g., Workday HCM, Recruitment, and Compensation).
• Expertise in database management and analytics.
• Experience with system testing.
• Extensive working knowledge of Workday, including HCM, Recruitment, and Compensation.
• Strong understanding of broad Human Resource systems and data flow.
• Project management skills for system implementations and upgrades.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Workday Recruiting and Onboarding.
• Detailed understanding of Workday module functionality and configuration.
• Experience creating advanced, composite, matrix, and trending reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the expansion, development, and advancement of existing business systems (Workday ERP).
• Oversee and maintain the Health System's HR software system.
• Ensure accurate data management related to employee information.
• Implement, update, and troubleshoot the HR system to support efficient HR processes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
