Reporting to the Director of Operations Services, the Manager of Velocity Operations will work in a hybrid setting with a requirement of 2-3 days in office per week in our Orlando office. This individual plays the pivotal role of overseeing B-Stock’s Velocity program. The Velocity program consists of our contract sale, direct placement, and flash sale transactions. This work requires management of fast-paced operational workflows and ensuring seamless execution across multiple concurrent initiatives. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and keen attention to detail to manage complex operations with multiple dependencies. The Manager will lead a team and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams while maintaining efficiency and organization. The ideal candidate will develop and implement scalable processes to manage shifting priorities, high-volume tasks, and evolving business needs.
