About The Position
North Texas Soccer Club, the MLS NEXT Pro affiliate of FC Dallas, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Ticket Sales to lead our ticketing sales team in Mansfield, Texas. This is a full-time, in-person position that plays a vital role in driving revenue through season tickets, group sales, premium seating, and suites. This individual will lead a team of sales professionals and collaborate closely with departments including Marketing, Ticket Operations, Corporate Partnerships, and Game Day Operations. North Texas SC will be moving to a brand new 7,500 capacity stadium in one of the fastest growing areas in the country opening in the Spring of 2026. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with strong strategic sales skills, experience developing high-performing teams, and a passion for growing the game of soccer in North Texas.
