About The Position

In this role, you will provide clinical and administrative supervision to therapy staff, ensuring high-quality counseling services aligned with professional standards, best practices, and Concord’s policies. Oversee the provision of individual and group therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults with mental health diagnoses and/or substance use disorders. Foster a warm, respectful, and accountable team culture that promotes psychological safety, collaboration, and positive staff morale. Review and monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all regulatory standards. Provide supervision and mentorship to therapy staff, including training supervision for dependent licensees and placement support for department interns.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with independent clinical license: LISW-S/LPCC-S required.
  • Therapy experience required; experience with diverse clientele preferred.
  • Supervision experience highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of clinical documentation, compliance requirements, and use of electronic medical records.
  • Must have working knowledge of mental illness, psychiatric symptoms, and their impact on functioning and behavior of a diverse client population.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
