In this role, you will provide clinical and administrative supervision to therapy staff, ensuring high-quality counseling services aligned with professional standards, best practices, and Concord’s policies. Oversee the provision of individual and group therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults with mental health diagnoses and/or substance use disorders. Foster a warm, respectful, and accountable team culture that promotes psychological safety, collaboration, and positive staff morale. Review and monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all regulatory standards. Provide supervision and mentorship to therapy staff, including training supervision for dependent licensees and placement support for department interns.
