THE ROLE Manage a high-impact team of Technical Program Managers focused on delivering innovative hardware and software product releases to market. You will define the strategy for massive-scale storage projects and manage the end-to-end lifecycle from conception to customer delivery. Partner across engineering, product, and executive teams globally to ensure clarity, drive consistency, and achieve organizational efficiency. Your mission is to establish and scale processes that accelerate time-to-market for complex, feature-rich programs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Management Experience
  • Expertise in Program Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team of program managers and complex, feature-rich programs throughout the entire product lifecycle, from investigation to successful product delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Demonstrated capacity to influence and lead technical teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors by resolving issues and overcoming obstacles regardless of team boundaries.
  • Strategic & Technical Judgment: Solid project and technical judgment with the ability to interpret high-level technical architecture and translate technical discussions into clear action plans for engineering teams.
  • Mastery of Release Methodologies: Deep, demonstrated experience leading complex hardware and software product releases, with expertise in both Agile and Waterfall Release Processes.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on interacting effectively with both highly technical and non-technical groups, including executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manager Program Delivery and Strategy: Manage multiple concurrent, complex programs and the Technical Program Managers who execute them, defining the overarching goals, tracking KPIs, and communicating status and mitigations to all levels of the company.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Provide coordination and communication across diverse internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to identify dependencies, resolve conflicts, and drive decisions on technical architecture and appropriate deployments.
  • Establish Operational Excellence: Act as a change agent to develop, drive, and streamline new processes, improving organizational consistency and efficiency to enable faster time to market for product releases.
  • Ensure Product Success and Quality: Take ownership of product quality, metrics, and overall delivery across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring programs are successful in the field and addressing customer feedback in the development cycle.
  • Manage Financial Planning and Team Growth: Oversee CapEx planning and spend for engineering programs, and actively support the career growth of your direct reports, ensuring the team has the necessary support and resources.
