The Manager of Talent Data Systems is responsible for two critical priorities at Mastery: 1) supporting the Assistant Director, Talent Data Systems and Analytics in fully leveraging Masteryâs Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and other talent data systems and 2) ensuring newly hired school staff have appropriate certification, license, and/or Highly Qualified (HQ) status, as required for their respective roles. This is a hands-on role that is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving functional excellence and process improvement.
