The Manager of Client Alignment is a strategic leadership role responsible for helping to manage Integrated Home Care Services’ (IHCS) key health plan relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of our services, including Home Health, PDN, LTSS, and DME. This individual will support the execution of IHCS’s Client Success strategy by driving operational excellence, overseeing complex client implementations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. The Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to align internal operations with client needs, foster long-term partnerships, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of Medicaid and Medicare programs, EVV, HIE platforms, and a strong track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment.
