About The Position
Are you a strategic, hands-on leader with a passion for facilities management and team development? Burlington Stores is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee store facilities' repairs, maintenance, and special projects-ensuring that all work is completed to our high standards of excellence. In this role, you'll directly supervise our Facilities Specialist team, taking full responsibility for hiring, training, and coaching, while driving performance and continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in developing cost-saving strategies, improving service delivery, and ensuring a positive experience for both customers and associates.
