Southwoods Health is seeking a Manager of Staff Development to lead our multidisciplinary staff development team, including Onboarding Specialists, Clinical Education Coordinators, Clinical Application Coordinators, and Revenue Cycle Education Coordinators. This role utilizes a transformational approach to planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs, curricula, and training materials that support clinical and non-clinical staff across the organization. The Manager ensures that staff competencies meet regulatory requirements and strategic goals while ensuring new employees are well-prepared to transition into independent practice. The Staff Development Manager leads initiatives that promote continuous learning, patient safety, high-quality care, and professional growth.
