As a Manager of Software Engineering-AWS/Full Stack/Java/Spring/React at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking's Partner Channel team, you lead multiple teams and manage day-to-day implementation activities by identifying and escalating issues and ensuring your team’s work adheres to compliance standards, business requirements, and tactical best practices. Gain experience in application design, solutions architecting, development and testing will be required to set strategic technical direction and solve complex problems. Ensure that partner solutions are elegant, resilient, easy to integrate with and of the highest standards. Help build proof-of-concept & simulation applications to validate and test partner solutions being built by other engineering teams. Lead engineering teams to execute and deliver on business, product and technology driven initiatives. Work within the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, so your experience understanding product roadmaps and business goals will be critical. Play an integral role in making sure that partner initiatives are developed in accordance with firm-wide risk & architecture guidelines.
