Provides supervisory oversight and management of all facets of the patient access department including personnel, same day registration, emergency department registration, prior authorization, public benefits, PBX, physician efficiency, and vendor costs. This position is responsible for the day to day support of the supervisors and staff within each team. The Manager will assist in the oversight of situations requiring timely resolution for patients and staff. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
