About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years experience in a substance use disorder treatment setting.
• Experience with case management and knowledge of substance abuse and mental health systems.
• Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor Trainee (CASAC) in good standing preferred.

• CASAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Recovery Support Staff (RSS) supervisors and document all supervisions in Relias.
• Oversee and assign duties to Recovery Support Staff.
• Train and onboard new RSS staff.
• Develop the weekly RSS schedule and ensure coverage for all shifts.
• Be on call after hours for any emergencies related to RSS.
• Conduct monthly RSS staff meetings.
• Develop meeting agendas with the Program Director and attend all case conferences weekly.
• Assist with quality assurance quarterly reports, including fire drills and safety inspections.
• Serve as a member of the Case Management team for patient reviews and discharge planning.
• Cover RSS duties and assist with daily tasks as needed.
