Atlas Roofing Corporation is made up of 4 divisions: Roof and Wall Insulation, Shingles & Underlayments, Web Technologies, and Molded Products. We are seeking a Manager of Contract and Rebates for our shared services Reporting and Administration department, under the Finance department, in the Atlanta, GA corporate office.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Min 5 years of management experience.
  • Contract and/or rebate management preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • College Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Able to analyze rebate plans and trends to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Excellent work ethic, good oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking).
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from Directors, Vice-Presidents and other colleagues.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Email, and PeopleSoft.
  • Commits to highest standard of moral and legal conduct and acts fairly in all business dealings.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee rebate programs: Manage the design, implementation, and tracking of customer rebate initiatives in our ERP.
  • Manages and implements agent agreements and commission schedules based on agent agreements.
  • Oversee Agent Commission plans: Adds, modifies, removes automates agent commission reports based on agent agreement changes.
  • Data analysis: Evaluate rebate performance, identify trends, and generate reports for leadership.
  • Responsible for the transition of the current rebate process into a new automated process using Salesforce and DocuSign.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with sales, finance, customer service, and receivables to ensure smooth execution of rebate processes.
  • System management: Maintain accurate records in ERP, CRM, and rebate tracking systems.
  • Demonstrate the skills and knowledge to establish and manage timelines, project priorities and handle multiple/concurrent projects.
  • Maintain a sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
