The Manager of Projects and Procurement is responsible for administering procurement and project execution activities within assigned regions. This role manages sourcing, vendor contracting, and purchase order workflows while supporting the full lifecycle of capital projects from planning through closeout. The position ensures regional compliance with procurement policies, supports competitive bidding, and fosters strong vendor relationships to drive quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery. In addition to procurement responsibilities, the Manager of Projects and Procurement leads or supports project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management efforts. The role serves as a key liaison among operations, engineering, finance, and procurement teams, ensuring seamless coordination and project alignment. The manager also monitors contractor performance, ensures timely material delivery, maintains accurate documentation, and contributes to continuous process improvement efforts. This position includes field travel to project sites to develop operational knowledge, support implementation, and strengthen relationships with field personnel and contractors.
