  • Create and maintain procedures to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
  • Design training programs to enhance technical and customer service skills for staff.
  • Communicate effectively with directors and other departments regarding operational concerns and developments.
  • Maintain preparedness for accreditation and inspection agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least four years of supervisory or managerial experience in a large clinical laboratory or healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement management directives effectively.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
