About The Position

Epiq Solutions is seeking a Manager of Procurement, Materials, and Planning to lead our end-to-end supply chain functions, including procurement, materials management, and integrated planning across our U.S. locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring production continuity, cost-effective sourcing, inventory optimization, and strategic planning alignment between demand, supply, and execution. You’ll drive both the strategic vision and day-to-day performance of our supply chain operations—from sourcing and supplier management to material availability, inventory control, and manufacturing readiness. This role also serves as the critical link between procurement, planning, engineering, and manufacturing teams to support our rapid growth and high-mix/low-volume production environment. Objectives of the Role: Develop and implement a multi-year procurement, materials management, and planning strategy that drives cost optimization, operational efficiency, and supply chain resilience. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, capability, cost-effectiveness, risk profile, and alignment with ethical and sustainability standards. Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and commercial agreements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Engineering, Program Management, Operations, and Finance—to align procurement strategies with organizational requirements and program milestones. Conduct market analysis to understand supplier capabilities, industry trends, pricing shifts, emerging risks, and alternative sourcing options. Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team capable of supporting a scalable, modern supply chain function. Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluation, QBRs, issue resolution, and long-term relationship development. Establish and implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or excess.
