Requirements
- Candidates must be 18+ years or older
- Pre-employment background check
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing or a related field.
- Minimum of at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- A passion for pricing and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the grocery industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive pricing and data analytics strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead the pricing team and ensure efficient and accurate pricing processes.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
- Develop and maintain pricing models to optimize profitability and sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., merchandising, marketing, operations) to ensure pricing decisions are aligned with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze pricing performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of pricing systems and tools.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in pricing.
