About The Position

We are seeking a Manager of Placement Finding to join our team. Salary Range: $56,000 - $60,000 (Salary) We are seeking a Manager of Placement Finding to join our team. Your role will oversee an innovative approach to partnering with referring agencies and placement resources to identify the best placement match for youth in state custody. You will oversee partnering with the community to respond to inquiries from community members interested in becoming a placement resource. As a member of the KS Foster Care team, you will work with 5 other team members and report to our Director of Placement Stability.

Requirements

1 year of management experience and in the child welfare arena
Bachelor’s degree in social work or other related field.
Licensed by the Behavior Sciences Regulatory Board to practice in Kansas.
At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
A valid driver’s license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Manages, plans and coordinates the work of the staff including supervision and evaluation, training and team building
Organizes, attends, and facilitates departmental meetings to maintain effective communication and support employee engagement and support of Cornerstones of Care’s mission and strategic priorities
Ensures adequate and qualified staff to carry out the program activities
In consultation with Human Resources and other leadership staff, selects, hires, and coaches program staff
Implements, manages, supervises and evaluates all activities of the program in accordance with accrediting standards, State Licensing Board Rules and Regulations and other requirements, such as contracts and grants
