About The Position

Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a full-time Physician Practice Manager within our Clinic department. We are looking for those with a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide our patients with the highest quality of services. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Manager of Physician Practices is directly responsible for managing all administrative and operational functions associated with assigned practices. This includes ensuring a smooth and efficient operation, inventory control, personnel management, patient relations, and patient flow. This person is responsible for the productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment of the clinics and staff they manage. The Manager of Physician Practices demonstrates excellent customer service. This person upholds the standards contained in the Mission, Vision, and Values of Aspire Rural Health System.

Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Management, Healthcare Administration, etc.)
MA/LPN/RN preferred
Interpersonal skills including effective communicator, knowledge of group dynamics, ability to be both a team member and a team builder, ability to energize and focus a group to work together to achieve goals and objectives
Ability to multi-task, follow through, and communicate effectively with several groups of people
Ability to identify difficulties in clinic workflows and effectively lead staff to change behaviors to be more efficient
Problem solving skills
Able to travel within Tuscola, Huron and Sanilac Counties regularly.
