We are looking for a Director of Patient Services for our LHCSA team. This is a field-based role is based in New York. Department & Position Overview: We are looking for a Manager of Patient Services, RN who has an innovative, entrepreneurial spirit as well as a passion for continually improving the way we do things. We are looking for a Manager to partner with us in our efforts to continually and iteratively make every aspect of our LHCSA business line better. This person will be responsible for the traditional parts of a Manager role: planning, organizing, coordinating, evaluating, providing clinical guidance and supervision of patient care for FreedomCare's LHCSA activities. The Manager will report directly to the LHCSA leadership team.
