Requirements

4+ years in operations management with proven leadership experience required
Track record of driving operational improvements, fostering culture, and executing strategic initiatives required
Experience in a cyclical, relationship-driven industry (e.g., financial services, real estate, luxury retail or similar) required
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and Google Workspace required
Strong presence and credibility to build trust and alignment across teams required
