About The Position

The Manager of Operations Clinical Physician Enterprise is responsible for facilitating clinical operational initiatives for Physician Enterprise. This position helps medical groups deliver results through action plans and education focused on driving improved performance. Additionally, this role partners and collaborates with medical group executive leadership to facilitate a wide range of projects and improvement initiatives. In addition, this position requires a strong working knowledge of practice workflows, electronic health records, professional nursing theory, and performance improvement methodologies. Additionally, this role serves as the central resource for medical group practices on the development and implementation of clinical process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's of Nursing
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • 4 healthcare related experience
  • Demonstrated history of leading and/or influence strong improvement results in patient experience, physician/app engagement, and/or employee engagement
  • Experience in strategic/cultural planning and execution with executive leadership and physicians with the ability to listen, assess, coach, mentor, motivate, and problem solve

Responsibilities

  • Provides consultative support for the development and implementation of large-scale projects.
  • Coordinates high-impact teams to carry out practice and provider interventions.
  • Ensures performance of professional nursing care activities following established standards, practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyzes data related to performance measures to review and promote optimal outcomes.
  • Delivers exceptional customer service by partnering with medical group leaders and key resources.
  • Directs improvement initiatives across the enterprise using Lean principles & Six Sigma. Collaborates with business leaders to scope and prioritize optimization projects and programs.
  • Builds solid cross-functional relationships to enhance collaboration.
  • Conducts benchmarking and research for best practices.
  • Works with training teams to ensure content aligns with best practice workflows and organizational core competencies.
  • Manages clinical process improvement initiatives to drive performance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
