The Manager of Operational Standards & Process Excellence is responsible for designing, implementing, enforcing, and continuously improving operational standards across the warehouse network. This role owns the development of SOPs, network-wide process governance, and execution consistency to ensure every facility operates under the same disciplined framework. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Transformation, this leader drives standardization across staging, QC, warehouse health reporting, exception management, and core execution processes. This position ensures operational processes are not only documented, but embedded, audited, and sustained. This role serves as the authority on operational standards and partners closely with Warehouse Operations, Retail Consolidation, OP, HR, and IT to eliminate variability and elevate performance across the network.
