About The Position

Develop and execute our onboarding strategy, with a focus on establishing relationships with health system leadership and new team members. Will lead a team, track KPIs, and continuously improve processes to meet Cape Fear Valley Health’s growth and hiring objectives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
  • 3 years experience in recruiting, ideally within the healthcare sector, required
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing a team required
  • Experience building relationships with hiring managers and new team members required
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Analytical skills to track, analyze, and interpret onboarding metrics
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
  • Ability to travel to various Health System locations

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline onboarding for various roles within Cape Fear Valley Health to provide best-in-class experience
  • Serves as primary onboarding contact between Employee Health, Training & Development, Epic, HR Operations and System leaders
  • Ensures each new team member has met Cape Fear Valley Health guidelines for an on-time start
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Onboarding Specialists, ensuring alignment with Cape Fear Valley Health’s values and recruiting goals
  • Establish and refine onboarding processes to improve candidate experience, hiring efficiency, and engagement with health system leaders
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline development, and event ROI
  • Other duties as assigned
