Requirements
- Must have a current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS upon hire and maintain current.
- A minimum of two years supervisory/management experience necessary.
- PALS upon hire and maintain current.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintain current.
- Minimum of three years of continuous clinical experience in a clinical/acute care setting.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), required for all hires after 1/11/2021.
- Non-OB facilities: NRP certificate within 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
Nice To Haves
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manager of Emergency Department is responsible for the day to day management and coordination of all activities in the Emergency Department.
- Supervises and monitors performance of the Emergency Department staff.
- Interacts with the physicians, hospital staff, outside agencies, patients and patients families/significant other(s) to provide comprehensive care.

- A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $108,388.80 to $164,174.40 on an annualized basis.
- The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
