About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated Manager of Noninvasive Cardiology like you to be a part of our team. This position involves planning, directing, and supervising the operations of assigned areas, including management of staff, budgeting, equipment, and services. The role is responsible for the quality of services, process improvements, and maintaining high standards of customer service for both internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 years management experience in a cardiac procedural area or comparable area, will consider combination of education and experience in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Manages assigned staff and provides them the support, training, and tools necessary for them to achieve their job and meet the department's quality of service goal.
  • Develops staffing plans to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and proactively determines staffing and hiring needs.
  • Responsible for actively pursuing knowledge and ensuring compliance with JCAHO and all other regulatory bodies.
  • Meets yearly budgets and assists the Vice President in evaluating and projecting payroll, equipment, and supply costs.
  • Understands and enforces system, department, and hospital policies and procedures.
  • Promotes the cardiac service line by interacting with key customers such as patients/families, physicians, and other departments.
